Write stories, not syntax.

Branching-story tools make you pick one of two bad halves: lay your prose out in little boxes so you can see the shape, or write freely and lose the shape inside code.

Scriare takes neither. The page is where you work, and the map is drawn from what you wrote.

The app

What it looks like

Desktop · Windows
A whole conversation, as one thing

A Dialogue Block holds the exchange inside the prose — lines, replies, who answers, where it goes next. All of it visible at once, all of it editable in place.

The map draws itself

Type /choice where the branch happens and keep writing. The Story Graph is built from your documents, never drawn by hand.

No syntax anywhere

Variables, conditions and effects are dropdowns and toggles. There is nowhere in the app to type an expression.

Rename once

Characters are references, not copies. No sentence ever stored her name, so renaming her rewrites nothing and changes everything.
